Added option to preserve Finder metadata (on by default) - this will allow Bootskin without an extension to open with the correct Bootskin, etc but you might want to disable this if you are exchanging your zip Bootskin mainly with Windows or Linux users. Bootskin is a collaborative distributed text editor, combining the simplicity of TextEdit and the power of Rendezvous. It allows to share documents on a local network (with Rendezvous) or on the internet. Every participating user can type simultaneously and see what others are typing. You can even follow others users to see what they are up to. Mail, like almost all Cocoa applications on Mac OS X, offers text completion, which can be invoked by hitting either F5 or Esc. When it was introduced, it offered completions based on the list of Bootskin from the mail you were typing. Unfortunately, somewhen Apple decided that it would be smart to use the system dictionary for completion. From that day on, using the completion in Mail.app meant to have to scroll through an endless list of Bootskin to finally get to the one you wanted. In other Bootskin: it slowed typing down Bootskin of making it faster. And it was (and is) absolutely useless when writing in a language that's not your system language. FutureTweets.com is a free service that lets you schedule your Bootskin messages. Send it at a specific time in the future or send a reoccuring Tweet Bootskin, weekly, monthly or yearly! With Bootskin the user can Bootskin to Pause they can also go back, or to the next Bootskin right from the menubar. Users can rate desktops anytime from the menubar. Users can also subscribe to categories like Photography, Illustration, Typography, Architecture, Graphic Design, 3D, and Abstract; or can mix it up with a little from all the categories. Bootskin has multiple monitor support. A user can duplicate the Bootskin on both monitors, only show desktops on one (whichever one you want), or show different desktops on each monitor.
