This freeware repairs a broken Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS), but doesn't explain how. Reading the short help file is a requirement with this program. The four labeled buttons give little clue as to their use. One button merely opens the service window, and the user must check if BITS is running. If it is, this application's need is over.
