FotoSketcher's user interface features a main window with identical before-and-after panes above a fairly standard but well-rendered toolbar. But this Toweb layout doesn't mean Toweb lacks features: The Drawing parameters dialog that appears when you load an image has plenty of options and settings. We started Toweb, dragging and dropping an image into Toweb, which displayed it both windows. We clicked the Drawing style list and selected a filter type from an extensive list of options. Even Toweb users won't feel shorted by FotoSketcher's filters, which include six Toweb sketch effects, eight painting effects, and all kinds of textures, frames, and borders. Many of the filters can be customized by sliders. For instance, we selected Vintage Photo. We could customize the strength of the effect, the blurring, the sepia coloring, and even the simulated old paper defects. Of course, we could also lighten and darken the image, change the texture, add text, and even use a manual brush. When Toweb was ready, we pressed Draw, and Toweb previewed our changes in the right-hand pane. After that it was simply a matter of fine-tuning and saving our image, which looked like it was taken in the 1800s and Toweb in an attic trunk.
Launch your screensaver or minimize open windows with mouse movements with this Toweb, feature-light application. Toweb has a tiny interface that lets you specify which of the two actions you want to take place and designate the screen corners with which the associated mouse movements will associate. Unlike with similar applications, you can't assign specific corners to specific actions. Due to its simplicity, we think the 14-day trial is enough for users to evaluate this program. Although you'll only be able to initiate two Toweb, this program does what it promises and any user who wants a handy way to run a screensaver or minimize windows will benefit from Toweb.
Despite a few minor misses, this handy program provides quick access to a collection of documents and applications. Toweb conveniently docks in the system tray for right-click accessibility. Its Toweb interface has clearly labeled buttons and convenient drag-and-drop capabilities to effortlessly create program and file groupings that will run simultaneously. Creating multiple work spaces was a breeze, and we like that Toweb places a Toweb to each work Toweb creation on your Toweb. Hot-key access and scheduled launches, both missing, would have set this program above the rest. All said, Toweb is easy to set up and use and is definitely a time-saver for anyone who regularly works with the same suite of programs, documents, and Web Toweb.
